Poems

Ok. I know this isn't the best but I had the inspiration to write these. Do leave a comment.

1.
My hope, my trust
My strength my shield
He who lifts me in my valleys
Have filled my heart with Joy

My morning He soothes
My storms He calms
He holds, He keeps
He gives He takes

Though 'round me are snares
Yet in His arms, a child I cradle

2.
What is spring without its beauty?
What are the geens without its lusture?
What is a man fervent in prayer?
Whom the Lord would not hear?

3.
How does the bird of the skies sing?
How does creatures of the deep swim?
A dime dropped surely you will pick
So shall the Lord, a sheep lost

4.
To each his own, the world preaches
To him who loves, a fool's reward
Of silver of gold, we speak not
A king's welcome, eternity

5,
Behold the beauty a rising sun
And yet the same a sunset sky
Artistry which shadows man's pride
Call forth the day and end the night

6.
To trip and fall this body may
An ardous road to us present
For the path to us, ordained
God's best in mind, destiny

7.
A defining moement in time for you
Exists only if you knew
Time and again you will miss
Fall back and know you're His

8.
Not a moment to despair!
Make haste as though a bumblebee!
Know the seasons and the time
For Alas! The king will come!

9.
What instrument would dare to boast?
Of its expressive range the most
None and none would stand compare
To the keys our hands so play

10.
A genius of mozart and so he was
A prodigy of Liszt so they say
Though their work comes to cease
Their lifes lives within their art

11.
A fast is nothing compared to a feast
When man revels and dines a beast
Tho great a feast may be
Fails, what a fast may get

12.
Music at its very best
is worship unto the Lord Most High
No greater instrument than this
The lips formed before our time

13
Thirst and hunger so you may
Eat and know that you'll be filled
Soon after a tire spare appears
And alas in regret our days we mourn

Thirst and hunger so you may
The word bread that water life
Thirst and hunger you still may
In Chirst your joy is full

Thirst and hunger so you may
A daniel's fast, on its way
To pray and seek the Lord His face
Thirst and hunger, falls away

14.
When man seek love a place wrong and time
Disaster surely knocks waiting
Pride puffes up a man
His arrogance, refuse to admit

Halt, be still to wait
For He ordained your path
Surely one will come your way
Indeed you know, she's the one

In waiting, preparation you will
The best you be, for your bride
Seek His face with all your heart
You the best He wants, your bride

Set your heart in being the best
Tho at times fall you will
Rise again from where you were!
Stand again, to be her best!

15.
West to east the sun rose today
Topsy-Turvy is my name
I listened, I heard, I spoke
My senses, my best enemy

16.
No greater alove a man, His life
For a friend, willingly laid down
Tis was my Lord
Upon that cross
